Arthritis is a general term describing inflammation or damage of the joints. The most known forms of arthritis are osteoarthritis, which is also called degenerative joint disease and Rheumatoid arthritis.

White blood cells attack the joint cartilage, which in turn activates the immune system to develop antibodies. So, even if there may only be a problem in one wrist or knee, both wrists hurt, both knees hurt, our back, our hips, and both shoulders feel the pain. RA usually causes pain or stiffness lasting for more than 30 minutes in the morning or after long rest and lack of activity and can occur at any age. It often begins in middle age and tends to get worse over time. Genacol® supplements the bodies collagen supplies reducing the amount of damage caused by the immunovirus and thereby reducing the damage done to the body and reducing the associated pain and discomfort.
Osteoarthritis (OA) however, is a condition of wear and tear and not an autoimmune disease such as RA. OA usually tends to occur as individuals age and in those whose joints have become worn down by excessive use. Symptoms include joint stiffness, pain and enlarged joints and unlike RA is not assymetrical in that it does not occur as part of a pair but can occur in one knee or elbow joint for example. With OA stiffness tends to get worse with use throughout the day. Genacol® is able to reduce the pain associated with Osteoarthritis by repairing the damage done to the joint and reducing the pain associated with Osteoarthritis.

I am a fit, healthy, young-at-heart 54-year old female however for the past couple of years I've had nagging pains in my knee, foot and hip - and the pain and discomfort got steadily worse.
